PlaC – Plateau Collaboratif is an architecture, urban planning, and design studio founded in 2014. Its philosophy is based on a collaborative approach that integrates a critical vision of the city and territory with construction and design, accompanied by continuous investigation into contemporary lifestyles.

PlaC focuses on urban planning and architectural regeneration projects at various scales, placing emphasis on enhancing the existing and potential qualities of spaces. The goal is to transform them into something new and surprising, in line with the evolution of time and the people who inhabit them.

Since 2014, the studio has gained experience and developed skills through public and private projects, design workshops, theoretical research, and teaching activities at the Politecnico di Torino and the European Institute of Design (IED). It has completed numerous projects in the retail, hospitality, office, and residential sectors, extending its work from India to the United States, Switzerland to the United Kingdom.

PlaC has received various awards and publications in several international design competitions in Italy, Croatia, Finland, Germany, France, Norway, and Spain. In 2016, it won a competition for the redevelopment of the former industrial area Workout Pasubio in Parma (4500 sqm), the construction site of which is currently nearing completion.
